Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:28058-DB Court No. - 1 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 4433 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sheetla Prasad Yadav Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashok Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to assist the Court as to what prejudice is caused due to the pendency of the proceedings initiated under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The proceedings itself have been initiated in the month of December, 2024 and it does not seem to be a case of inordinate delay for which the writ of mandamus may lie. The writ petition being wholly misconceived, for the relief sought herein, is accordingly dismissed. .
