Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to implead M/s Gayatri Developwell Pvt. Ltd., Agra as opposite party in the instant petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to do so during the course of day. 4. The recovery certificate issued by RERA for recovery of dues from M/s Gayatri Developwell Pvt. Ltd., Agra for payment to the petitioner has not been executed as yet. 5. Let the District Magistrate/ Collector, Agra take necessary steps for execution of recovery certificate unless there is any legal impediment in this regard in which case he shall inform the petitioner and RERA about the said legal impediment. Let this exercise be completed within two months. 6. Accordingly, the petition is dispos
