By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to issue appropriate direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the recovery certificate issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority on 23.09.2024 pursuant to an order passed by the Authority on 13.05.2024. 3. It has been stated in the writ petition that the said order passed by the Regulatory Authority has not been challenged by the developer in any other higher court. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the aforementioned recovery certificate dated 23.09.2024
