The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of opposite party no.6 from the array of parties. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the opposite parties no.2 to 5 are not disturbing the possession of the petitioner over Gata No. 365 min jumla measuring 0.3160 hectares to the extent of his share i.e.0.1200 hectares upon which the house is said to have been constructed. Learned counsel for the State has rather stated that some part of gata no.365 min jumla is recorded as barren land which is vested in the gaon sabha. We leave it open for the gaon sabha to initiate demarcation proceedings with respect to Gata No. 365 min jumla which is recorded as barren. In case the petitioner is found in possession over more than the area recorded in his name or he has encroached upon any part of the barren land, necessary proceedings may
