The petitioners have claimed the benefit under the scheme of Kanya Janam and Kanya Vivah Sahayata, however, no specific grievance by providing details of each case has been set out in the writ petition. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to institute fresh proceedings with respect to the individual grievance of each petitioner relating to respective schemes. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed. 5. However, the state government is expected to provide the facility of receiving the applications digitally under the scheme of Kanya Janam and Kanya Vivah Sahayata.
