The grievance raised in the present writ petition is essentially in the nature of civil dispute between the petitioner and opposite party Nos.6 to 8 who are none other than family members of the petitioner. 3. Civil dispute cannot be subject matter of the writ proceedings, thus, it is open for the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the competent civil court. 4.
