Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned counsel for the Bank of India, on the basis of instructions, has stated that the CC limit fixed in favour of the petitioner by the Bank has not been frozen and the facility created in his favour is operative as per the Bank norms. It is further informed that the subsidy amount which was to be remitted by the State has also been received by the Bank, therefore, the CC limit remains intact as such the grievance in the present writ petition is wholly baseless. 3.
