The averment made in the writ petition shows that some claim instituted under 'Mukhyamantri Krashak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna' is pending before the competent authority which according to the petitioner has not been considered and decided. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that though the claim under 'Mukhyamantri Krashak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna' was instituted by the petitioner belatedly yet the innocuous prayer for consideration of the pending claim may be decided on its own merit in accordance with law. 4.
