(2) The Superintendent of Police, Unnao, in pursuance of the order passed on 09.04.2025, is present through virtual mode to explain the position regarding the enquiry which he was directed to hold with respect to two specific incidents of which the video clips were sent to the Court i.e. 07.03.2025 and 18.03.2025. (3) It appears that in a property dispute of civil nature, the police authorities were alleged to have interfered with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and helped one of the parties in the Civil Suit, i.e., defendant.
