The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-Authorities to decide the representation dated 26.06.2024 filed by the petitioner before the respondent, Development Authority, in respect of proposed master plan 2031. The petitioner has prayed for change of nature of land of Plots No. 681, 682, 683, 684, 685, 686, 687, 688, 689, 690, 691, 693 from green zone to residential. 2. A perusal of the material brought on record indicates that the master plan has already been approved by the State Government on 29.10.2024. Therefore, the stage for deciding objection against the proposed master plan is over. 3.
