This petition is directed against order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Original Application ('OA') No. 1326 of 2024 whereby the OA filed by the respondent has been allowed and he has been held entitled to one notional increment and directions have been given to pay the arrears in terms of the directions given by Hon'ble Supreme Court, as noticed in para 9 of the order impugned. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner attempted to make submissions regarding the entitlement of the respondent to get the notional increment as he had retired prior to the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.
