The petitioner, who has retired from service on 31st August, 2023, is aggrieved for non payment of leave encashment. Since petitioner has already represented the matter before the respondent on 23rd December, 2023 before the respondent No.- 3, the same may be directed to disposed of in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may approach the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 3 with a fresh representation for consideration of his claim that may be directed to be decided in accordance with law.
