Petitioner, who was working as Pradhan Sahayak with the respondent No.- 3 and has attained the age of superannuation on 31st December, 2024, is aggrieved for non payment of post retiement dues as gratuity, provident fund, leave encashment, pension etc and accordingly, seeks a direction to the respondent concerned to take final decision in the matter of claim of the petitioner. Sri Raj Kumar Kesari, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court towards the representation made by the petitioner on 19th March, 2025. Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Jai Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 has no objection in the event a direction is issued to the respondent No.- 3 to take a final decision in the matter of claim of the petitioner.
