The petitioner, who is working as Staff Nurse (male), is aggrieved for non payment of salary w.e.f. August, 2024. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard petitioner has already approached the concerned respondent by means of a representation dated 10th May, 2025 which is pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event a direction is issued to the respondent concerned , namely respondent No.- 3 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10th May, 2025 in accordance with law.
