By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following susbtantial reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus for direction upon the respondent authority to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner with regard to the payment of gratuity and insurance and other benefits, within a short stipulated time period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making several representations, last one was made on 15.04.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
