Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the notice dated 18.04.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that this notice is not issued to the petitioner and it is an internal communication. 4. Be that as it may, since the notice contained a direction to the effect that the official accommodation occupied by the petitioner be got evacuated, I consider it proper for the petitioner to make a representation afresh before the respondent concerned within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made the respondent concerned is directed to consider and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
