Heard Shri Seemant Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Even though this petition is directed against the order of suspension dated 10.06.2024 but Shri Seemant Singh, learned counsel for petitioner states that the said order has come to be revoked vide order dated 12.05.2025. It is however, pleaded that the petitioner's pay for the period he was under suspension has not been released and the decision upon the same has been deferred. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since the order dated 12.05.2025 is not under challenge, petitioner may be directed to make a representation against that part of the order by which he is aggrieved before the competent authority which may further be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4.
