By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents t provide benefit of 3rd A.C.P. w.e.f. 27.03.2017 accordingly after calculating benefit of 3rd ACP w.e.f 27.03.2017, modify the pay scale and other benefits of service of Petitioner and to pay the arrears of salary calculating benefit of 3rd ACP w.e.f. 27.03.2017 with interest to extent as the Hon'ble Cuort may deem fit and proper. (ii) A direction may be given to Respondents to decide the representation dated 10.07.2024 and 20.01.2025 (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition) moved by Petitioner by speaking and reasoned orer within a specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, as that justice may be done." 3. It is submitted that in
