By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,the petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order dated 10.06.2024. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been reinstated in service vide order dated 30.04.2025 but in so far as the payment of salary for the period petitioner has remained under suspension is concerned, it is provided that the decision will be taken later on. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that no departmental enquiry has been instituted against the petitioner as no any chargesheet was issued to him at that point of time.
