By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command respondent no.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner for joining as he happened to receive appointment letter quite late. 3. It is contended that earlier the entire selection for which the appointment order was not issued, petitioner approached the authority-District Magistrate, Ghaziabad who passed an order dated 25.07.2021 showing his inability to give relief to the petitioner in the matter of joining taking plea that the matter was engaging attention at the level of the State Government. State Government has also taken decision on 28.07.2023 asking the District Magistrate to pass appropriate orders. Till date no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner may be directed to approach the District Magistrate again so
