By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent concerned, namely, respondent no.3 to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer on compassionate ground. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the respondents concerned can be directed to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2024 made for transfer at desired station and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of production of certified copy of this order.
