By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner wants a direction to the respondents to consider his claim for payment of salary for the period petitioner has remained under suspension. 3. It is submitted that the suspension of the petitioner later on came to be revoked and the petitioner has stood reinstated under the order of the competent authority, namely, S.D.M., Kayamganj, Farrukhabad. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's claim may be directed to be considered and disposed of by competent authority in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim before respondent no.4 for payment of the salary for the period he has remained under suspension and other emoluments within a period of f
