By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to command the respondent concerned to consider his request for transfer on the ground of his own medical issues as well as medical condition of his father for which he has also filed a representation before the authority on 20.03.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event representation of the petitioner is directed to be decided in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 20.03.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
