Petitioner has approached this Court against the advertisement dated 20.03.2025 issued by respondent no.2. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already approached the Central Administrative Tribunal by filing O.A. No.352 of 2025 and therefore, there is no occasion for the petitioner to approach this Court. 4. Meeting the preliminary objection, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the lawyers were abstaining from work at Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, date fixed was 10.07.2025 in the matter. 5. In the given facts and circumstances, while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter, I dispose of this petition with direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal to expedite the hearing of petition being O.A. No.352 of 2025
