Heard Sri Gyan Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the authority to comply with the order dated 05.10.2024 passed by Mission Director. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner is merely a complainant and does not have any stake in the employment of the respondent establishment. It is further contended that petitioner being complainant, no third party writ petition would be entertainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy the Court as to how he has any stake in the employment of respondent no. 5, he being not employee of respondent establishment.
