By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who is a member of Armed Forces, claims to have received pension through the bank ever since he attained the age of superannuation on 30.09.1980. However, suddenly his pension come to be stopped on 30.11.2025. Accordingly he has made a representation to the State Bank of India from where he was drawing the pension. It is also contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that Treasury has not cleared the pension of the petitioner.
