Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner wants consideration of his representation regarding retention of the official accommodation till the end of academic session as his son is studying in Class II, by respondent no.2. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was transferred on 28.08.2024 and therefore, could retain the accommodation only till the year 2025. 4. Be that as it may since the petitioner's son is studying in Class II it will appropriate for the respondent to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. 5.
