By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner against the post of lecturer Physical Education pursuant to the advertisement vide notification 5pf 2013-14 dated 07.02.2014. 3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner since there was no provision for waiting list to be prepared in the matter of selection in question petitioner's candidature could not be considered.
