By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2/District Panchayatraj Officer, District Chandauli to provide the petitoiner salary of 6 months (August and September-2016 and April-2017, May-2017, June-2017 and August-2018), Area of April-2012 to October-2016, area of Medical leave from 01.03.2019 to 12.03.2019 Rs.10,000/- as well as increment of payment from February 2011 to December-2019 and other dues." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 08.04.2025.
