By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner prays for consideration of his candidature in the horizontal reservation of dependents of freedom fighter category (UR). 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner the last cut- off in the said category is 93.44 but he could not bring his cut off marks on record. It is contended by learned Standing Counsel that every candidate shall be communicated with the cut off marks and results soon after the exercise of selection stands completed. Petitioner before this Court is aggrieved for non declaration of her marks obtained by her in the written examination. 4.
