Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of Dearness Allowances on the family pension of the petitioner from period 17.03.2016 to 01.01.2025 with interest to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter on 30.10.2023 which may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 30.10.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within
