Petitioner before this Court is seeking transfer in a place nearby the station of his station in view of the relevant government policy. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the case of Jitendra Singh v. State of U.P. & Another in Special Appeal No. 564 of 2024 decided on 05.06.2024 the Court has held that the employees are entitled to the advantage that flow from the Government Orders applicable to the employees. 4. It transpires from the record that the petitioner is going to retire on 28.02.2026. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation and for its disposal strictly in accordance with law. 6.
