By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the disciplinary authority namely the respondent no. 4 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner with issuance of charge sheet dated 02.06.2015. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection to the above request. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority namely the respondent no. 4 to expedite the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, provided the petitioner cooperates in the disciplinary proceedings.
