By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner, who is retired from the respondent establishment on 31.07.2025 as he took voluntary retirement and submits that till date he has not been paid his entire post retirement dues. According to petitioner half of the retirement dues have been paid but the remaining half of the dues are yet to be paid. It is contended that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the authority by making representation dated 07.08.2024 which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation which may be directed to be decided by respondent no. 3 strictly in accordance with law.
