By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner though has prayed for quashment of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by respondent no. 3, whereby, he has shown his inability to decide the claim of the petitioner on account of report yet not furnished by Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur for which he had written a letter and sent a number of reminders. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since the petitioner was subjected to disciplinary proceedings while being posted at Gorakhpur, so naturally the report is a must. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction at the first instance to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur to immediately submit his reply to the letter of Superintendent of Police, Maharajganj dated 02.01.2025 and the reminders
