By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to ensure payment of remuneration of petitioner for post of caretaker of community toilet at Village Mohammadpur Naugawan, Block & Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj Rs. 9,000/- per month in place of Rs. 6,000/- per month along with its arrears as per Government Order dated 15.07.2020 as well as contract dated 28.10.2020." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 on 21.09.2024 which is still pending consideration.
