It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that without passing any recovery order, amount to the tune of Rs. 1,97,775/- has been deducted from the post retirement dues of the petitioner. Pleadings to this effect has been taken in paragraph no. 8 of the petition. In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievance before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order and in the event such representation is moved, the respondents shall be communicating the petitioner the reason for deduction of such amount from post retirement dues and a copy of the order shall be supplied to the petitioner.
