Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the claim of petitioner in respect of benefits of annual increment as well as the payment of arrears of salary increments as well as the payment of arrears of salary increments and other benefits of services as admissible by law since July, 2022 up to till date." 4. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the authority by making the representation on 14.10.2024 copy whereof has been brought on record as annexure No. 5 to this petition. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make fresh repres
