Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the interest of Rs. 97176/- in delay payment of personal pay scale which was due from 14.10.1998-31.12.2005. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to take the appropriate decisions in the representation submitted by the petitioner (Annexure 7), within stipulated time." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the respondent No. 3 by making representation on 18.03.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be dis
