The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination report that petitioner got done in Mool Chand Sharbati Devi, Charitable ENT & Dental Hospital, Meerut, independently, petitioner was found medically fit.
