By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "A) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to decide the claim of the petitioner/ representation dated 22.4.2025 for payment of arrears of remuneration of 14 months within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court and pay the remuneration regularly month by month according to law." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by means of a representation dated 22nd April, 2025 but the same has remained pending consideration.
