Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay interest on the delayed payment of retirement dues including 10% GPF component for the period from July 2024 to till date, in accordance with law along with interest accrued on it from the date of retirement. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 04.03.2025 (Annexure No. 4) within a period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court with interest." Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by means of a representation dated 4th March, 20
