By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following substantial relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to pay the incentive amount and arrears of incentive amount of the petitioners which falls due since 2017 along with admissible interest as per guidelines/ circulars dated 22.06.2020 & 17.08.2022 issued by the respondent no.2." It transpires from the record that petitioners have already represented the matter before the respondent No.- 3 on 11th December, 2023 and 11th January, 2024 for consideration of their claim but till date no decision has been taken in the matter.
