This original entry contained in the service book seems to have skipped eyes of the concerned authority namely District Magistrate, Chandauli holding petitioner not entitled to pension only on the ground that prior to his joining at the Collectorate Chandauli on 01.04.2005, petitioner was an employee of the Allahabad Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd. which was a company incorporated under the Companies Act and the petitioner hence was not member of pensionable Establishment.
