Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the Original Application relating to the controversy in question is already pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad. He approached this Court on account of fact that lawyers were abstaining from work. Now since the lawyers have resumed their work at Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad, it is left open for the petitioner to pursue before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad.
