By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants retention of the official accommodation on the ground that petitioner's son is studying in Class - 10. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection as to maintainable of this second petition on the ground that petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing writ petition being Writ - A No. 17189 of 2024 in which certain directions were issued for for disposal of the representation and interim protection has been granted.
