By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order impugned dated 19.12.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of departmental appeal under the Rule 20 of the U.P. Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks Punishment and Appeal Rules, 1991. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage.
