By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order dated 07.03.2025, whereby she has been restrained from discharging duties as Asha Bahu. 3. It is submitted by petitioner that she was issued with show cause notice on 03.03.2025 to submit a reply but before she could submit reply, an order came to be passed on 07.03.2025 restraining her from discharging duties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has submitted a detailed reply on 24.03.2025 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter of show cause notice issued to her on 03.03.2025. 4.
