The complainant before this Court wants to get an application in terms of the complaint dated 10.01.2025 made against respondent no.6 to be decided. 2. On a pointed query being raised, learned counsel for the petitioner could not set up his case as to what capacity and stake involved in the matter of employment of respondent no.7 with the respondent establishment. 3. It is a settled law that in the matter of complaint neither a right to be heard in the service matter, nor a public interest litigation is entertained. 4. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5.
