By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the suspension order dated 4th December, 2024 passed by the respondent No.- 4, namely Division Transport Officer, Gorakhpur. However, it transpires from the record that petitioner has already been served with chargesheet dated 13th February, 2025 to which he has also submitted his reply subsequently on 5th March, 2025. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the entire disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner including the departmental inquiry within the next two months' time from the date of production of certified copy of this order and petitioner is also directed to cooperate the same.
